I still vaguely dress like this at least via color, I don’t do any prints anymore. But I personally think multiple very bright colors go together quite nicely.
I love that tee and the cut and color are both SO GOOD on you.
Thank you! $4 thrift find, whoop whoop. I have literally never bought orange or brown clothing before this year, and now it’s 80% of my wardrobe.
You have such a great smile!
I bought this shirt at the secondhand store yesterday purely because I thought how great it would look with this skirt.
It DOES look great with that skirt!
I slept in that shirt and was too lazy to change it/didn’t have another good option, and actually don’t mind how it looks. The shoes on the other hand, I’m waiting for a better comfortable option to arrive.
My ThredUp maxi dress haul. I’ve never worn maxi dresses before, this on how to make the keepers look even better would be appreciated.
This one seems fun and beachy. Is it not meant to have a bra, or have a strapless bra?
I like this one a lot. I have no idea how to accesorize though.
If I pull the waist on this one down to where it hits me on the black dress it’s fine, but if I move around the waist moves and looks like this.
Secretly pajamas. I should figure out how to accesorize this one too.
I thought this one would also be great but very much no.
Maybe a colorful belt / sash with the all black maxi and/ or statement necklace. I like the two-tone one (but if it isn’t comfortable, don’t keep it).
I tend to go for big colourful jewelry. Maybe a long necklace. These dresses are great because they will look good with chucks or sandals or flats. Super versatile. They (ok, probably not the first one) can go into Fall/winter by layering up some scarves, a jacket and boots.
As for the bra question, you can go discreet and wear a strapless bra or lean into the visible bra and get a fun lacey backed or strappy bralette. Or wear a normal bra and a cardigan or jean jacket.
(I think the 2 toned dress looks fine on you with it hitting where it is in the photo, but if you don’t like it, don’t keep it!)
Do you choose his clothes to match yours?
Hahaha, I’m not quite that extra. This sweater was his pyjamas last night, he’s a naked pup now that we’re out on the porch.
His sweater is actually oranges and blue and my dress is red and black. In real life they don’t look anything alike.
The colors looked similar in the pic.
Dinner party outfit. Still not sure how to style this skirt. Don’t love the solid black top with it - do I go lighter solid top or a pattern with black in it?
And what jacket?? These are the things that keep me up at night.
I think it all looks great!
