I don’t listen to a lot of rap even though I like it. I just don’t know how to find stuff I like. But I stumbled upon this album and it works for me! Kinda MF DOOM-y in both beat construction and vocals. Very into the album cover as well.
I heard a new single from Mattie, a seemingly new to me artist yesterday, and went back and listened to their previous album and it turns out I recognize and already liked a bunch of their songs. I love when that happens.

TikTok introduced me to Ariane Roy, a French singer. Love her voice, and the chill vibes of her music. Funny that I’ve been in such a French-language music mood this season!
