A “real” bedframe. We’ve basically had our bed on a $20 metal frame since we moved in together in 2012. I want something with a headboard and maybe some under-bed storage so we have somewhere other than on a table near the dryer to put second bedding sets. Ikea might be a good option.
I still want this stupid butcher block kitchen cart that I wanted 6 months ago. I haven’t stopped wanting it, which is usually a sign that it is not an impulse purchase. It is on sale now…and my mom wants to give me $300 for my 30th birthday in 2 months…so I kind of want to buy it but also why is it so much money!
Or, a tablet. My old Nook HD+ isn’t cutting it anymore for recipe hunting.
Do I need a tablet? No, I have a phone. And paper. And pens and pencils. And I’m now firmly in the Netflix-playing-on-my-phone-while-I-cook mode anyway.
I don’t admit to myself very often that I’m a total tech junkie. My friends would never think that because I so rarely spend money on it, because I really really dislike the waste side of things.
I have a tablet and I love it. It’s my entertainment device. It stores music and plays Netflix and candy crush and books. That’s it. No texting or email or airbnb. It’s a toy and it makes me very happy.
That’s how I used my Nook! Music, Netflix, Candy Crush (which I forgot existed until you mentioned it because it’s only on that tablet) and books! Oh and recipes
