Pretty much.
The aisle in my local supermarket looked like this this morning.
And by the time I was done picking up a couple of litres of milk for the kids and two loaves of GF bread for the adults, those rolls of paper towel were gone too.

Want:
I would like a washing machine. Dryer I could give or take, but I’d like a typical household washing machine.
I’m very sick of hauling my little panda washer in & out of the bathroom, bucket filling it for the wash cycle and having it drain into the bathtub, then re-bucket full it to rinse, then moving each piece over to the spin side - and then having to scrub the bathtub after I do laundry every time.
It works, and for a $70 machine it’s been a workhorse for three years now, but… I could do cooler things with those two-ish hours a week.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I haven’t played an Animal Crossing game before and I don’t know how this is possible because it looks exactly up my alley.
So excited for this game. I loooooved the original
I’ve never played it. I am a Harvest Moon/Stardew Valley kind of guy though.
I really want a fancy fancy lampshade.
Like that one.
That seems very reasonably priced.
Approved.
That’s the price of the smallest size. I want the $200+ size…
I’ve been following them. They are such pretty bases and shades!
Approval rescinded.
$59 is a good price.
Approved.
I love it! You must buy it!!!
That sent me down a lampshade rabbit hole. The internet has many pretty things.
Bookmarking for when my birthday rolls around:
I want several embroidery kits and patterns, a book on entertaining kids by “Busy Toddler” of Instagram, and someone to come do all the garden projects so I can just potter around.
Yes all of these things please.
Major edit: Wrong thread, oops.
