thanks to @plainjane wearing a similar (or the same?) pair in her OOTD post today…now I want some!
Little dude asked the same thing.
Do it. I have no idea how you have so many bodies in your full size bed.
That is beautiful and you should have it. Does it come with the cat? (I see several of us think alike.)
Where do the silks scarves tie up to?
Well now I have to reconsider the whole thing.
You’ll just have to get long ones and tie them by the floor.
I appreciate the shit out of all of you
Sounds like it’s time to install some hardware.
If you’re getting long enough ones, you can always just go under the bed and then tie to each hand.
The collective wisdom in this place is remarkable.
Long enough ones you can tie around the whole house.
Go big or go home.
I really didn’t like this TP I wish I had. And I don’t have high standards- I use the generic Costco stuff. I’m sure their luxury line is better, but the standard stuff was a no go for me. We made it through one roll and I gifted all the rest to my brother as a move in present.
Also their paper towels are weirdly short and left the top 1/3 of the roll holder visible, and they were not very absorbant at all. Again, I buy the cheap Costco rolls so I’m not used to a crazy high bar.
I don’t remember the second brand my local zero waste store carries but it’s much better.
That was a wholly unhelpful comment
Well it’ll help inspire me to keep trying to find a better plastic free solution
Is the US also seeing panic shopping for toilet paper based on Coronavirus fears?
Or is that uniquely Australian?
Not yet in my area, but we don’t have active cases yet.
My mom is updating me every few hours and keeps asking if I’m watching CNN so there is heightened awareness in at least one family (they’re in WA state and my aunt/uncle live in the town with the death cluster).
We tried their cheaper stuff and it was OK, trying their “luxury” stuff now and I admit I’m also not impressed. The stuff we normally buy is the same price, nicer, more absorbent… But has a thin layer of plastic over the entire stack of 10+ rolls. Sigh. It’s annoying. I’m hoping to try some more brands.
