I don’t think I am hard of hearing, but I obviously do at least a bit of lip reading along with listening. I’m having to ask people to repeat things even though they are speaking clearly through their masks.

I had such a frustrating conversation with a patron about this recently and it just blows my mind. Pulling YOUR mask down does not help you hear me or see my lips. At all. I promise.
