I’ve been going after dark when everyone is huddled inside and I love the quietness of the streets!
I did macrame and it involved a lot more arm effort than I expected! A really fun and satisfying way to move my arms and hands.
I haven’t actually moved today, but I did spend part of the morning putting together a summary of how I moved in 2020:


I did some core exercises. (I’ve been able to feel my core not being as strong as I would like for a while now and am finally actually doing something about it.) I don’t particularly enjoy core exercises but I do enjoy having a strong core, so, woo?!
While looking for yoga videos on Youtube I came across the Train like a Ballerina channel.
Some promising stuff here; I’m mainly looking for strength and flexibility as I have cardio covered. Though I think I’ll skip all the “fat burn/what you should eat/thin thighs in 30 days” videos.
I did the side splits video last night. Though I did not actually do the splits, I have, like, many feet to go before I can hit the floor!
I also held a plank for 45 seconds!
