Using a backpack is a really great idea, distributing the weight of your bag evenly makes a huge difference with that kind of stuff
agreed. if it weren’t for my backpack, I’d have to spend $7/day on public transit or get the shadowy one to come walk with me and carry the laptop (yes, I have done that too).

Did some PT this morning and 15 minutes of yoga.
Does anyone have some favorite guided videos or channels on YouTube for yoga? I’ve been using Yoga with Adrienne but there are some things I don’t particularly like about her vids.

10 minutes of yoga this morning focusing on upper body.
I did yoga yesterday morning and had a nice walk in the evening.
Managed a ten minute walk this morning, which is Super Exciting after days of immobility with a muscle spasm.
I went to the park twice today. I also did some amount of my physio exercises.
Did one physical therapy set and 20 mins of yoga this morning.
My upper back/neck/shoulders are hurting less and my posture is improving.
Yesterday was a morning walk with pupperkins and rowing + PT at the gym in the evening.
I did physio exercises this morning plus a few of my own additions and I’m pooped. Hoping to walk Duckling to daycare in an hour.
Another ten minute walk. Better than nothing! I’m hoping my back will be good enough to allow a longer walk on the weekend.
I only went for one walk this week as it was too hot for me but I’m going to go for a long walk tonight to make up for it.
Did moar foam rolling, and got my zoomies out on the elliptical. Good thing, cuz now we’re under a winter weather advisory for snow…
Oh man, I want to start referring to all my exercise this way.
I did this today. So much ouchies on my thighs, but good.
I managed the walk to daycare without getting puffed. The physio stuff is working!
walked home even though it had started snowing again, and because of a late interview with a high potential candidate and then discussion with my boss about a challenging interaction with a co-worker it was after 630pm.
Today was a short elliptical session + PT and some walking.
Another 20 minutes of stretching tonight.
