I’ve made it outside every day so far this month. Today was sunny so I went on two separate walks!
I have missed one day of exercise because I got no sleep one day. Though I did go for a decently long walk so maybe that counts. I’ve not been great about doing it with my morning routine though which is kind of the point.
Mostly failed this week, but failed a little less than last week?
Went to bed on time 2 nights, got out of bed on time 1 time. We had a very bad week sleepwise in the beddingfeld household.
I’ve discarded my evening skin routine in favor of brushing my teeth, because I’m trying to see if these tiny pimples will go away. If they do, I’ll add back one thing at a time.
Otherwise, I’m doing well! I actually managed to move up a rank in Duolingo, so that’s cool
I sucked at this challenge this week. 2 or 3 days where I exercised, can’t remember. But those are two or three more than I would’ve normally done, so that’s not nothing.
I have brushed by teeth every day this week! Unfortunately, I have only planted a tree 3/7 days, which is not great.
I think I give myself points for 4/7 days this week.
Habituary is still going strong! Yesterday I wasn’t able to walk Woody until the evening, though Sweaty got him out in the morning. I got home from work early, but had to do work from home for a couple hours, then jump on a semi-urgent family zoom. When that was all wrapped up, it had sleeted so much the sidewalks were iced over. We went out for a family walk, but Sweaty fell twice in the first 3 minutes, so we turned back, only having been out about 5-6 mins total. Then we made the dog do exercises inside. I made a solid effort and he did do the exercises, so I’m counting the streak intact. It should get above freezing today, so hopefully he can get a decent walk in later… and I can do my run!
Week 2 update:
I got a new physical therapy exercise that is the worst, and Mr. Flan says I look like I’m about to be sick every time after I do it.
I’m still doing it, though. How responsible am I?!?
I am doing pretty well on both PT and the breathing, though a few days I’ve only done 2 or 3 of the breathing things.

I’m not the only one who counted that? I feel vindicated
I did 6/7 days this week. Missed Saturday, last week it was Sunday. Seems like busy days paying attention to Mr. G and Gigi are the ones that get away from me. Only did longer yoga 1-2x though. The rest were 1-2 poses and that is it. At least I’m keeping things going.
I’m still doing some intentional movement. Most all of it has been inside, so it’s not been much. I can’t wait for a combination of less cold and less ice so I can get back outside.
Today I did a minute’s worth of intentional arm exercises. We found an exercise band with handles while cleaning out a shelving unit in a fit of decluttering to minimize what is going back into our newly painted living room.

Meditation not going well, just have been forgetting and not making time for it

I’m trying to add “putting away” to my washing routine for week 2
I think I emptied the dish drainer 3x this week. It never got overloaded anyway, so that’s good. Running the dishwasher now as I head to bed, so maybe I’ll actually empty it tomorrow. Goals!
2/3 of my habits are going well - 100% success with lunges and foam rolling everyday. I’m a couple days behind on my listening to music for 30 mins every day goal, as I got sucked into a fun YouTube series
So far so good, dishes continue to get washed, sink continues to get emptied, etc.
