Habituary 2021: Do something every day of February

It sounds more impressive than I think it is.

Monday - athletic conditioning - 45 min but probably 30 min because of breaks - the instructor demonstrates what we are doing, and then rounds of 30-30-30-30 seconds with the last being a break. But work hard. This week is increments of 50 reps within 4 min ie. 50 push ups and then whatever time is left do high kick jog as example of a round.

Tuesday - Zumba 45 min am; yoga 45 min pm

Wednesday- strength training am - 40 min plus 3 min cool down- multipurpose exercises ie. squats and shoulder presses, bridges and chest presses - etc. This instructor LOVES squats more than anything in life. We do them daily.

Yoga - 45 min afternoon
Arriba - 45 min evening - dance class like Zumba

Thursday - strength am, Zumba am, yoga pm
Friday - yoga afternoon, strength pm, arriba pm (15 min break between classes)
Saturday- athletic conditioning am, arriba afternoon ( but it’s now cancelled this week), strength pm, yoga pm (15 min break between)
Sunday - gentle stretch 45 min am - just stretching, nothing fancy, strength afternoon, athletic conditioning late afternoon

I find having it broken up is a huge help, and I don’t feel like the yoga is “work” like the other classes. And I’m getting busy with work meetings so now I make sure I do the weekend stuff religiously.

I also sit and watch 3-4 hours of tv with the cat to balance it. :slightly_smiling_face:
