Grocery Hauls and Pantry Snooping

You have Driscoll’s in Australia?

They’re headquartered in my county.

It’s a partnership with Costa

ETA I have no idea if this is correct, but I have the impression that Driscoll’s is now just the label but the berries are from different growers depending on where they are being sold.

The only Costa I care to acknowledge

This is better but still horrifies me.

This was also my thought, especially since berries are a fresh item and not packaged or easy to transport like apples.

 the best Costa.

I’m still Team Cundall.

Pantry snoop! This is before yesterday’s large grocery delivery.

It’s had a quick wipe down recently, but needs a more thorough declutter and clean. We have a heap of non-pantry stuff on the very top shelf (not pictured) and bottom shelf, than I would love to get rid of.

ETA: why do we have THREE big drums of olive oil?

That’s like $75 of oil. I’ve started decanting to a smaller bottle from those big boys. Saves a bit of money. You’ve got a lifetime supply though.

Yeah, we decant to a 1L bottle. Three drums is maybe a year’s supply for us? Olive oil is a staple in our house.

I love your storage containers. I was all set to pick up some like yours but the kids found me some at ikea that they thought I’d like so I still have heavy glass for a few more years

Small grocery haul today. Walked over and scouted cupcake options for Latte’s birthday. Gonna use the “cooking bananas” for two ingredient cookies. The eggs were the good ones on sale. Asparagus was also on sale- organic and conventional were the same sale price even.

Got deli turkey and salami to make easy lunches for when SirB travels and we’re busier this week and beginning of next.

Eta $25.97 for this haul.

That looks in the 99th percentile of decluttered and clean to me :joy: (pictures of my kitchen will never, ever show up on the internet)

What’s the 2nd ingredient in the two-ingredient cookies?

Oats.

I usually butter the pan, and also do coconut flakes, cinnamons, and chocolate chips for some mix ins. But they’re great even plain. Just be sure to grease the pan.

From this morning. Do I have a Reese’s problem? Possibly. :woman_shrugging:

Also, if anyone else is has a Kroger affiliate store, those coconut lime fake Oreos are very good.

Oh, and there’s some healthy stuff there too. Hahaha.

You mean an insufficient amount? Yes.

I could get a bar shipped to me for about $25 US.

They also have a copycat of samoas/caramel delights that I actually like better than the Girl Scout cookies. And peanut butter and fudge cookies that are also deliiicious. ETA just realized those would go with your Reeses

WELL. Gonna have to try those now! Thanks for the tip.
