Some further progress catching tree swallows with the new camera. Still need to slow myself down… to catch these fast birds. Patience and some tweaks of settings should get me there.

Mostly common birds today (but in good light and high detail)

Seems to me this is a Greater yellowlegs, even if Merlin is arguing with me and won’t give me credit. (It claims solitary sandpiper, but those have gray legs…)

Evening at the in-laws.

Snapped some photos of a young bald eagle but nothing good. But there should be more opportunities this weekend!
