Agree! I was a little surprised that’s what she meant by “inward”!
I’m glad I was able to squeeze it in this morning even with extra boys in the house- we turned them out to get some fresh air between video games and the trampoline house and that gave me a quiet window.
Day 2! Done!
Day 22 done! Today is a lot of balancing.
In person yoga class at work finally started back today, so I did that. Now I’m totally wiped.
Could someone post the schedule with the lengths on it?

Day 23 done! This one was on the athletic side- I definitely felt the blood flowing.
I did day 3! Baby steps!
I did not do yesterday. Boo. The only part of the day without a headache was full of back to back meetings.
It turns out being home is actually less conducive to yoga than traveling. So after 4 days off I finally returned to it today. I did days 17 and 18. I figured I could double up with the rest/meditation day. Since I’ve had so many days off this week I don’t need a day off tomorrow.
I did day 4 last night!
Day 19 done today. It included my favorite balance, yay!
After a 3 day break I did Day 23.
Hooray! I found it so hard to return after several days away. I’m glad I did and I hope you are, too.
Day 20. I couldn’t do any of the first half, as I can’t do anything from a cross-legged position and couldn’t come up with a good accommodation.
Thought about continuing on to day 21 since I only did 10 minutes, but decided against it.
Day 26 done! The Boy had sent the adolescents out in the yard and the baby was napping, so I had the room to myself and now the chances of me doing a covid murder are waaaay less. (No one is actually especially ill.)
Been inconsistent about checking in, and a little behind, but I did day 23 yesterday!
Anybody else’s limbs seem to fall asleep easily? Even in cross-legged position or other “rest positions” my feet and sometimes legs fall asleep

I haven’t always checked in either but I did day 29 today! I did NOT, however, manage the “crow.” Alas.
Day 30 is generally free-form so today is my last day of Adrienne guiding me! I am looking forward to not having to squeeze it in on days when it’s really not a good fit, but making it happen every day is a good reminder that I, the mom, can and should take up metaphorical and physical space in my household.
