I am loving this diversity and inclusion talk I’ve watching at work right now. So good!!
I am plotting to camp in the backyard with kiddo. He is super excited about sleeping in a tent and getting his own sleeping bag.
I just got home from work and the tween at the multigenerational house across the street from me is showing his uncle (?) how to ride the hoverboard that said tween is ALWAYS riding. It’s a very cute moment.
Such beautiful weather right now and the ash trees are in full color. They turn such a wonderful golden hue that reminds me of my mental picture of (pre-movie adaptation) Lothlorien.
Several tiny wrens are unimpressed by our scary Halloween decorations. There’s this one by the spider butt and then another was using one of my bats as a swing.
There’s some type of underground utility work going on one street over from me. It looks like a big job and they have the whole street closed and it’s been several days. They’ve been polite about work hours and don’t begin until after 9am and are done before folks need to come down the street after work (4-ish).
The 100% positive portion is that they have been BLASTING Al Green, Luther Vandross, and the like while doing this very very dirty job and one of the guys is singing along often. Making the best out of hard work. 
Good music choices. They need a Motown mix tape, and maybe some EW&F, Parliament, Salt & Pepa, etc.

) I met this elder cat on the porch and his name is Ding Ding!!! 
I LOVE HIM.
