Given that Einstein proved time = money (/jk) - it seems you are looking for new options for time. Not sure if you can also try for a few monetary options via contingencies (when I hit this goal / finish this project = I get “X”).

You’ve probably looked into this already, but some places have tax-advantaged transit passes, that’s a popular perk here

Well, take extra for your friends and family, and also a few spares.
(My suggestion works better with cast off laptops, office supplies, etc. but one works with what’s around them!)

Useless and non-helpful to this convo, but we get that as standard in Australia after 10 years
after 10 years of continuous employment with the same employer – 82/3 (8.667) weeks of leave on ‘ordinary pay’;
