Given that Einstein proved time = money (/jk) - it seems you are looking for new options for time. Not sure if you can also try for a few monetary options via contingencies (when I hit this goal / finish this project = I get “X”).
You’ve probably looked into this already, but some places have tax-advantaged transit passes, that’s a popular perk here
This is a good way to wind up with a house full of dogs. 
Or mugs, hats, jackets, the ubiquitous polo shirt, notepads, pens … let me know if any of these interest you

Well, take extra for your friends and family, and also a few spares. 
(My suggestion works better with cast off laptops, office supplies, etc. but one works with what’s around them!)
Some are quite nice, some really miss the mark. And I forgot water bottles and coozies.
