My fourth guess was pure fishing for letters and letter position. I feel like it was a lucky guess.

OK, the left dordle is a word I’ve never heard before. I resorted to Google to search for words that ended in the final two letters. Cheating? Perhaps. No more so than guessing random letter combinations until I find one that sticks, but more efficient. So I learned two new words today: the one that was the dordle, and one that was in the definition.
