3 year old nephew. He’s coloring brown marker over the yellow hay and doesn’t want the hay to be brown. But he keeps doing it. And he’s mad because his mom can’t change it back to yellow.
A+ toddler logic.
HOW DARE SHE hold out on him like that. Change it back to yellow lady! Jeez!
My internal response to every post here is “HOW DARE!” and I love it.
Mum won’t let me destroy the house plants.
Tummy still hurts, eating still not fun, tired of being tired all the time.
It is 61 degrees and not 68 degrees today.
She exitedLy ran into the living room and grabbed her two hair bows. She brought them to me. I asked “do you want a bow in your hair?”
UTTER MELTDOWN.
I am peeing without her in the bathroom with me.
We put babybell cheese in the cart. (I.e. seen but not received)
Mama came in the bathroom on Dada’s night to give the bath. (“Bye-bye, Mama! Bye-bye!”)
Why would you do that to any child or dog? That’s just cruelty.
I stopped wearing the blanket I had previously put on my shoulders.
Bumped into a table.
The dog didn’t want her ball.
Dad offered me water.
I couldn’t crawl over my activity table.
Mom wouldn’t let me take her phone.
This is an incomplete list.
Wow. I hope you get lots of whatever your treat/indulgence of choice is, very soon.
I will be going to a store this afternoon. I’m contemplating being gone a couple hours. That’ll be my longest break in the last couple months if so.
From a distance, it’s delightful how strong of a personality and opinions Latte has! But I’m glad I have some time before living the reality.
Don’t worry. She’s on the um… intense end of the range for kids. Most kids at this age are more mellow than her. When she’s around her peers it looks like she’s on fast forward. She’s a lot haha
Mama left for work (after being told “Mama can work”).
