Why are you crying?

I peed all over myself, again, during nappy change. That bit was fine. But then I was cold and wet and Mum didn’t make it better immediately, she waited for Dad! Something about not wanting to get pee on her bed? Ridiculous! I was cold!

Don’t worry, I let the whole house know how upset I was.

Mom got me fancy fun silky toys. I was having so much fun waving one around I fell backward off the couch. It was scary and hurt the back of my head.

I misread this as you peeing while changing pumpkin and remembered strongly… But instead, poor pumpkin

I turned myself perpendicular in my crib and got stuck. Oh, and it seemed like a good time to test out all my new louder mouth sounds.

Because she wanted tacos. This is something that is regularly cried about.

Oh man - I remember when Baby was first in the crib and would always wedge himself in the corner and get upset, even though he was tiny and had so much area to spread out in. Poor Spore.

Every night I resolve to leave Pipsqueak to figure it out when she gets wedged in the corner, and every night I run into her room to move her when I hear her start to fuss so we can all just get back to sleep.

Our 2 year old actually only sleeps along the edge of the crib, on purpose. She sticks her legs out through the slats into the room. I can’t get her to sleep long-wise at all.

Not sure what’s going to happen when she moves up to a big kid bed

I often sleep with my feet off the side of the bed :woman_shrugging:

I do too, to be fair  But she’s sleeping on the short side of the crib, and she sticks her feet out because she’s waaaaay too long to sleep that direction. I guess she’d fit that way on a Twin sized bed just fine, haha, until she’s old enough to realize there are other acceptable ways to sleep.

Mom changed the sheet in my crib. It’s a different pattern. I’ve had this one before but now I hate it. Different is bad!

I sat on my big, shiny, rainbow balloon shaped like a 4 from my birthday (which was LAST JUNE) and it popped. I wanted to keep it until I was 5 and got a NEW giant balloon :sob:

He wanted rice cakes. In addition, presumably, to the rice cake in each hand.

Because the only right way to nap is with a nipple in my mouth, and mum wants me to nap in my bassinet so she can nap too.

We had that crying today too. And yesterday. And everyday. I hope you don’t have that crying as often

We haven’t achieved bassinet, but we did manage to sleep without nipple in mouth.

We used a bottle at 1am, and yet I’m now awake

I could not make the sun wake up as there were clouds. Clearly I need to work harder at this parenting thing…

Because daddy wouldn’t give me the massive $100 4 wire 50 amp 480V electrical connector he bought for work :rage: I wanted to lick it and hit the dog with it!
