Has anyone read this book by Dan Siegel? OR any of his other work?

I am pretty sure I bought the book + audiobook but DH and I have not read it yet. It was recommended by D1’s old OT.

Just checked my kindle and yes, I do have the book and audiobook - I should probably read it

Yes! I enjoyed the first half, less so the second half. Useful- framework upper brain/lower brain, and the preseverating on something that happened as understanding it/processing it helped me a ton.
