It was in reference to elbow tendonitis. So, like, if I exercised hard once, it’s like if he punched me in the face. It would hurt, but heal. But since I keep exercising, he just keeps punching me in the face, and it hurts more each time.
I just had an email from my masters project supervisor, saying that he’s publishing a paper that uses my project, and would like to put me as co-author!
I went snowboarding with one of my climbing friends last night. She’s dating one of the dudes who works at the climbing gym. Turns out her boyfriend is trans and this is her first time dating a queer person. Then I got to come out to her as queer and we talked about queer things. It was a super lovely night of human connection. Plus I love my gym even more now!
• The community center where I do yoga had my stocking cap in their lost & found box! I missed it!
• I’ve been caving 2x/week or so and buying those vegetable dumplings the grocery stores have near the sushi when out working for the day and HANGRY. I’ve now been buying a bag of frozen dumplings from Lidl and tossing about six (okay nine) of them into a container at night and bringing them with me in the morning to prevent this purchase.
The store bought are in a wasteful plastic container and cost $3.99/six.
The Lidl costs $1.79/bag, which is about 30-40 Dumplinz/ bag. Yay!
Loveland CO is well located. The houses are more expensive than some places, but not outrageously so.
I mean, I’m getting ahead of myself since my interview for director of data science hasn’t even happened yet, but getting ahead of myself is sort of my thing.
