Very nice fiduciary retirement lady paid for by my work told me that we can retire when I hit the age for retiree health care regardless of whether I take this promotion and regardless of whether husband ever gets another job. Plus she thinks we need way more money a year than we actually need… And she still says we can retire.

I passed my break-even point for February today. That means I have 3 1/2 days left to work, and that will give me a chance to meet my $20 2020 challenge goal this month, plus add to my travel fund and pay down some debt. Woot!

I’m bad about labeling my freezer meals and pretty much everything is a chili or a curry. So, all varying shades of orange/red/brown and hard to tell sometimes what’s in there.
Thought I packed a container of the just-OK chili in my lunch. Nope, it’s the delicious vegan paneer masala! YUM

I saw the foot doctor and my toe is much healed. He showed me the x ray from today and the one from last week. Last week there was a very clear y-shaped break at the head of one of my toe bones, and a diagonal break on another. Today they are shadows of breaks. My foot is healing, y’all!

I get x rays and ct scans and mri’s fairly often because of medical crap. Every time I want a copy and never ever does it happen. It’s one of my main complaints about the canadian health care system.
