I know of it! I just don’t find it super helpful. I wonder if it’s an asthma vs. not asthma thing? I am congested in different parts

We always had vaporub on our chest with an undershirt. It was for a cough, not nasal congestion. It was very comforting!

Parsley is a decongestant. One that is safe for very little kids but still works for adults. You boil a bunch of it in a pot of water then use that water for your tea, because it tastes bad on its own. I use hibiscus and/or rooibos to hide the flavour, then honey for taste and medicine.
It’s also effective for diy early abortions but that’s a different set of instructions.

I used vapo rub a lot growing up but I HATED the feel of the grease on my skin so mostly I’d just sniff the jar lol

Very big in Australia in the 90’s (and presumably earlier). I havent put it on my kids because they generally havent been the right kind of sick for it.

Haha G hates the feeling too but sometimes has me apply it. I use it on my kids too. Chest and back. I’ve heard the foot thing as an adult but only do it if my feet are dry.
We used to do under the nose but then I read too many reports about that killing me so now I almost don’t. I also use tiger balm more than vicks now because it is purse size. And last year I finished a jar of vick’s for the first time I know of! Like I buy jars every so often but finishing one was wild

I bought tickets through stubhub this morning at almost 5 pm can still not download them to my ticket master account. Stubhub says everything will be fine and I will be able to get them later as it is due to a server disruption. I don’t need the stress!!! Please tell me to relax and it will all work out. The show is tomorrow night.

Were the tickets instant download or do you have to wait for the seller to transfer?
Honestly I’ve bought a lot of tickets from stubhub and they’ve always come through! You hear the horror stories online but most transactions work smoothly and people just don’t post about that. A whole day is like an eternity in concert ticket time, I wouldn’t worry until like mid afternoon.

They were available about 20 minutes after I purchased them. Still couldn’t get them on my phone, was on with their support team again tonight. Then SO tried on the computer and boom it worked?! I did clear my caches and will see how it is in the future if I use them again.
TC: SO could have done that this morning and saved me a day of stress lol.

Oh I’m glad it worked out! I am of the millenial age where I prefer to do everything on a computer so I didn’t even think to mention that.
Maybe there’s some kind of issue on the phone with it trying to go to ticketmaster in your browser instead of opening the ticketmaster app? I swear I’m always fighting with other ticketmaster links I see people post.

SO says the problem is Apple. I kindly disagree. But at least I have learned!! And as a GenXer I thought I was doing good using my phone for all this stuff!
