Okay. Uggs classically are work barefoot so you can feel the shearling so I was like

I had to hang up an hour and 20 minutes in.
I just tried calling back. Their auto recording says “our offices are currently closed,” then goes on to say that office hours are 8-5 M-f.
It’s only 2:25 here.
Does that mean that the wait time is still another THREE hours?!?!?
(I’ll try again first thing tomorrow morning)

I just did the 2nd batch of cleaning the snow off the van. My good, insulated gloves need to be deep cleaned before I wear them again (black mold from bamboo poles used in the veggie garden). So, I’ve been using whatever gloves I can grab out of the basket. Gone through 2 sets now, my hands are 
It gets better and quickly, but still it’s a PITA!

Calling CRA is the only reason that I have the $25 phone plan instead of the $15 one. Once a year I really need those unlimited minutes.

I checked my call history, and last January the same call took only 6 minutes! (but the call was made at 10am)
