Better than that; it’s a wishing well made by Ponder’s late grandfather for our wedding to put the gifts and notes in, that we’re going to fix up and paint to put in the garden. Duckling loves winding the bucket up and down.

Picture of quilt will have to wait. Today Ponder cleaned one shelf of the pantry and I supervised. Now things have homes and can be found easily. Many items that were put of date were disposed of. 5 more shelves to go.

Every spring I wash all the curtains, windows, pull out the furniture and clean. I always get motivated that time of year. I also try to always have a donation box in a closet to throw stuff in as I find it. When I was younger I had collections of things which cost a lot of time in cleaning. Now I have much less and cleaning is much quicker. I also have a roomba that I loved. When I worked I had a monthly cleaner which was awesome. Now retired I do it myself. Now if my husband wasn’t so messy things would be better:)).

We are spring cleaning the pantry - it smells of mold, and we can’t see any, so it’s been emptied, aired out and soon we’ll put the food back in while reviewing all of it.
