I really, really hate this new packaging. I like the dropper and I also I know it’s going to be impossible to get this all out of the bottle.

I was given a sample of a alpha hydroxy acid exfoliating scrub that is formulated for keratosis pilaris bumps. I figured a little exfoliation would be pleasant.
Well, fuck, is it possible that the little bumps I thought were body acne are actually keratosis? My shoulders and chest have not looked this good in a while.
Going to order a couple ounces of this, and if it’s good for my shoulders, great; if this experience doesn’t repeat, it’ll be fine for the rough spots on my feet.

I know we’ve talked about this before, but just plain facial moisturizer. Sensitive and acne prone skin, no SPF needed (this is for nighttime). Skin loves niacinamide and retinols, doesn’t like copper peptides or heavy creams. CeraVe was Not Good the time I tried it.

I like ELF Holy Hydration. You can get regular or unscented. But it might be a little thick for you? It’s a little thick in it’s jar, but I feel like it feels light when I put it on my face. But also I’m old now and my skin is less hydrated on its own than it used to be so my experience might be different from yours.

I’m fine with thick as long as it sinks in.
My skin is also getting drier, so I want to get an evening moisturizer routine in place nice and solid before I desperately need it.

Yeah, Cetaphil has historically been a no-go for me. It gave me acne.

Tatcha water cream is offensively nice. Skinfix is great and slightly more reasonable.

Tatcha is nice, but too expensive for me! That’s why I stick with ELF.

I’ve heard good things about the skin multi quench serum and moisturizer but haven’t tried it myself. I probably will when I finish what I’m using. The line was developed by a dermatologist who I watch on YouTube

my favorite is this one, but its pretty expensive:
Its specifically for sensitive/acne prone skin. its incredibly gentle and great for everyone with sensitive skin in my life who has tried it, including the friend with a chronic fungal thing on his nose and the little kid with turbo sensitive skin who reacts to most things.
my cheaper alternatives are the CosRX snail line. i like both the power essence and the all in one cream. the cream is more moisturizing than the essence. i get it on stylevana, though the official website now has US shipping. they do sometimes make my skina little red immediately after i put it on, but overall don’t cause me problems
