No photo because he’s at Grandpa’s for the week, but when we videochatted with Luigi tonight (don’t judge me) he let out these 3 little howls. It was simultaneously the cutest and most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever seen from him.
Husband and I were very close to immediately getting into the car and driving to pick him up. Husband continues to try to convince me to get my dad to come and visit us so he can bring little pup back. So tempting.

How do you guys deal with being apart from your little ones?

I think she is yeah! Itty bitty kitty. But it’s hard to say. She might also be young. Partner picked her up so I actually have like zero info on her at the moment lol.

I think your cat and that comforter are the best combo ever.

Also I tried to take a photo of my dog’s feet poking out from her blanket burrow and realized she had a spoon in there with her (?) !

This is Ratchet, the community hardware store cat. I disturbed her by putting stuff by her napping box so she is mad at me.

That is so adorable. Her body language just radiates “I mean, I GUESS you can put your stuff down there … if you HAVE TO … jerk.” I want to give her snuggles so bad, which she would probably also dislike.
