HIDING. U CAN’T SEE.
(You better believe a chase ensued.)
He actually seems to be trying to be a grown up Boi! But he loves all the baby furniture. For naps, for playing… It is all the best according to him
That is torture for a cav! Poor little B.
They fell in love so quickly
Yeah, it was the right choice to bring her into our family and ALL of our lives have been enriched.
I have to admit I make pointed comments to New Pup every time I see pictures of Maple and Birdie so cute together. She’s been a bit sassy to her siblings lately
I hope she also guards mama
Oh they’re cute, but they are also SO sassy with each other.
Maple does that puffed up sideways hopping thing at Birdie until B chases her, and then Maple hides under the furniture and Birdie has to chase her own tail to get her zoomies out. They’re bananas. I love it.
She does.
Her little pre-sleep purr is like the sound machine I never had (because I hate sound machines) and puts me right to sleep. The she parks herself right on my chest (at least until I start my night thrashing, ha). She’s v tough and a guard cat for SURE.
It’s official. After 6 months of living with us the kitten finally has a name that suits him and we all like and use.
Why Nacho? No idea. There are good puns to be made but that isn’t the reason. There is no reason. He’s just Nacho.
Been trying to up my enrichment game but also not spend money. Remembered today that muffin tins exist
Also, look at this little model canine
With the washcloths! That is genius! I’ve been trying to come up with new nose work ideas for New Pup because she thinks puzzles she knows are not worth her time She’s figured out every muffin tin idea I’ve tried, but I haven’t tried putting them together. Thank you!!
His expressions are so dang cute.
It might work better with damp wash cloths so they’d stay more wadded up and fit in the tins but I had a screaming baby and a rowdy dog so I was going for speed when I made it. I also could probably dampen them and then freeze it a little which would really give him something to work on
Ooh, I’ll have to try this with Woody. He has a snuffle mat we often feed him from a lot of the time, but this would be a super fun snack game!
