He was asleep like this. Taking the picture woke him up and now he’s laying there looking ridiculous.

He caught his mouse, then ran into the bag with it. I wasn’t fast enough to get a picture while the mouse was still in his mouth.

So many smells

Relaxing at home now. I thought she was going to fall asleep on the ten minute drive home.

This is Oldster’s kennel space. New Pup and Cat take turns in the sunny spots - the second one of them leaves the other is right there to steal the spot. Cat discovered a new strategy and New Pup was so upset  She was whining and huffing and wanted me to help her so badly but I was snickering for a good ten minutes, especially when I’d tell her to Come and she’d do these little fakeout steps then look at the cat with giant worried eyes :joy:

(I did eventually pick her up and all was right in the world except then she was mad she lost the sun haha)

Yup, pure cat chess / harassment in action. Since you’ve worked in the vet’s office you’re probably familiar with this scenario that one cat is peeing where it shouldn’t be and the owner has no idea why. But the cats get along! They never fight!
But mean cat will ‘innocently’ position itself where it can block access to the litter box, causing the other cat all kinds of stress. Thinking through the house layout and strategically positioning litter boxes so there’s no one place a cat can hang out and block another cat’s access to all littlerboxes is key for feline harmony.
