Earlier in the year I worked on a Zoom project from my home in Oregon, but the paycheck came from an organization in New York. Am I going to have to file state taxes in NY?
Pre-tax, it was a $700 paycheck, if that affects anything.

I dunno, but our (small) city demanded income taxes on my kids’ work study income in another state. Still annoyed about that years later.
