This probably says more about me as a boring white guy, and not lately but I used to turn to Can’t Hardly Wait, not so much as to cry as to lift me out of a slump.

More recently most crying (with some laughter) has come from shows like Ted Lasso and Shrinking which both deal with mental health and grief, and tend to cause me to sob ceaselessly.

Sometimes I go back to the Anne of Green Gables books for comfort and nostalgia. I still cry at the sad parts and also the happy parts, even though I almost know some of the chapters off by heart.

how much cash should I bring for a small float for a yard sale? $50?

I’m selling plants and some yarn and tools, nothing is priced over $10

$50 seems good!

I might double that with the extra being in 10s…theoretically people should be bringing small bills to yard sales, but I’ve seen a lot of cases where they show up with $20s and if all of your stuff is <$10 the change goes fast.

Does anyone have any experience with/thoughts on low dose naltrexone for autoimmune conditions they’d like to share? (I have autoimmune urticaria and it’s apparently a treatment option, but I haven’t dug in yet to the topic. Doesn’t have to be the same condition)

I take it daily. It’s the most effective non opioid pain relief I’ve had, and the only side effect is sleepiness. I can’t drink on it but adding other forms of pain relief on top for acute issues is fine.
