I think this is probably the right answer but I don’t want it to be! And I’m traveling now but I guess will get it checked out if it’s not better by the time I’m back home Tuesday
@Bracken_Joy thank you this is helpful!! It definitely started on Monday due to jet lag/lack of sleep and I think also dehydration. But my sleep has been pretty regular since then (probably still a little dehydrated thanks to being in 90+ temperatures) so I was expecting it to gradually go away and it just… hasn’t. I’ve never had a headache be this bad or last this long.
Do you have a blood pressure cuff? Worst headache of my life usually warrants at least a walk in clinic if not more. What number out of 10? (i twice have had headaches break my 10 and they were just migraines but ER migraines. And yes giving birth hurt less)
Can I use frozen avocado halves to make guacamole or will it taste gross/mushy?
I have been buying the little cups of pre-mashed avocado and I’m looking to reduce the plastic involved without adding the uncertainty of fresh avocados.
power of attorney documents for property

Medical power of attorney
Other power of attorney
Living will / level of medical intervention you want if you are not conscious and able to instruct directly
Attorney contact info (if you have an attorney for your will or trust etc.)

Any guardianship info for minor kids (which you may not have anymore), or pets?
What is on auto pay and what needs to be paid manually for bills of things that will need to be continued post bus strike.
I would also put in there a lot of info pertaining to (not so) LD. Medical stuff, who his doctors are and contact info, contact for any benefits he gets…etc. Even though he is soon to be not a minor anymore, there’s still a lot you manage for him.
This is extremely ymmv, but I would get a digital password manager, put all my passwords in it, and put the master password in the document. Then whoever has to deal with everything can get into the relevant accounts. Digital is an advantage because it updates whenever you have to change a pw. Bitwarden is free. I’m a big fan of 1password, but it costs money. Alternatively, one of those little password notebooks. Alternatively, note usernames/pws on banking documentation or for important accounts.
My kids have the passwords to my computer and phone, which are logged in to everything and have a password manager. I don’t want to put passwords in the shared Google doc I’m making for emergencies.
It’s hard to balance making things easier for my POA/ executor and having privacy now.
I’m going to make a giant sandbin from a rubbermaid tote. Other than sand, what can I add? I think gemstones/rocks/maybe those half marbles for the bottom of vases… what would be good treasure?
Asking here because non parents may have better ideas than other boring exhausted people like myself.
