I call this look “pride Saturday brunch on 3 hours 51 mins of sleep”
hahahaha, scissoring!
I’ve been trying to convince a couple friends that scissoring isn’t really a thing. So far they remain unconvinced.
Wow I LOVE this outfit
I love those colors together! Also had to look closely at your t shirt, my phone made it look like two safety pins and I didn’t really understand at first haha
I found this in the wild, and creepily stalked it until I could get a kill shot. Because JESUS FUCK YES.
I’m really curious what’s on the pink short now.
Edit:. Shirt not short
Baby wrangling is preventing a good photo but today I’m wearing my “nevertheless, she persisted” shirt
You have good leggings game. Do you have any recommended sources?
@diapasoun Thanks! These are from forever 21, but I wouldn’t really recommend them for working out (just fashion). I buy my workout leggings from Sierra Trading Post or Modell’s or shop seasonal sales. I do pretty well at discount athletic stores though!
I do find that brands matter for workout clothing in terms of lifespan, coverage, and size availability. My favorite brands are nike, adidas, avalanche (for winter), outdoor research, and kyodan (sooo nice, my favorite but hard to find on sale). Oh and I avoid insets of mesh or anything like that for real workout leggings, they always snag fast for me, maybe because I do lots of floor stretching? IDK.
ETA: Oh, haha, and I did try on lululemon leggings once out of curiosity! WHAT A RACKET! They’re literally just leggings. I don’t get it.
Chiming in to agree with you on the LuluLemon BS. I will say, they make very thick, sturdy, and steadfast sports bras, but the rest of their clothes are really not that much of a step up from throw-away mall fashion quality…
I agree on their sports bras being really nice, and the leggings just being…leggings. The only other item that I have and really love from there (that I buy on eBay for cheap haha) are the Power Y tanks, they are super thick, stretchy and tight fitting, and have a real sports bra inside that is actually tight enough to exercise in. I honestly don’t even exercise in them though, I just wear them as regular shirts or as a layer underneath a shirt in the winter.
I hearted this to be supportive and in the hopes you will not actually wear it. It looks stickier than my crotchfruit could ever get!
Good to know! Thx!
And this ridiculous ring. Reading a book where people are described with rings on every finger and decided to start “small”.
ETA:. Wearing the dress in part to show off mountain biking wounds.
I love the ultra feminine dress (color plus flowy) with the “battle scars” A+ combo. If I had to describe my aesthetic, that might be it haha.
