Thank you! I’m so pleased with the color—the seller described it as a rust color and it’s more pink than I was expecting :heart_eyes:

You really do rock that pink, not everyone can pull it off.

I wanted to wear that skirt but couldn’t think of what shirt to wear with it. Then I opened my drawer and saw that one and literally gasped

That’s the unbuttoned dress worn over top as a vest, right? So clever!

It is!

I think I’m still a bit too fancy for my new job looking back at this photo. Maybe a long cardigan instead?

converse? blue hair? long cardigan and hippy dippy clacky necklace? jean jacket? I’m good at non-fancifying.

Disco hiker?

(I was not actually hiking, I just needed sturdy boots to walk through the grocery store parking lot in the rain.)

Those pants look so cool on you. Kind of 40s.

Thanks! Do you have any ideas on how to style them? I have not figured it out yet.

I think if the top you are wearing in the photo were less shiny then you’d have it perfectly styled already! Any cute nicely cut tank top in jersey or cotton would look great tucked in just like you have that one (color ideas: cream, ivory, light blue, mustard, black, slightly lighter brown than the pant is what I might look for). I’d wear yellow gold jewelry with it but that’s my go-to normally.

I also think a short sleeved blouse style button-down would be cute but I’m assuming you don’t go for button downs because :hourglass_flowing_sand: probs, haha. I don’t usually wear them either unless they’re oversized. A 3/4 length black boat neck top would be really chic too, like for fall. Oh and for shoes I think you can trial and error but I’d gravitate towards nice leather (or leather look) black or brown flats or boots, depending on the season. If you do menswear shoes, brown wingtips would look fucking cool too. I probably wouldn’t do sandals with them, fwiw, but that’s partly my own style. I’m a little more downtown, but to each their own for sure.
