OOTD: Share Your Looks!

@AllHat I’m so happy with them. I’ve had two years of disappointing sneakers, where I heavily compromised on looks and comfort because I was past due for replacements and the whole situation. I’ve discovered that guys / unisex runners tend to fit my foot better, but it needs to be a pretty well stocked store to have M7s.

@mountainmustache29 - thank you. I’ve been really impressed by how well the new hairdresser did at finding a cut that grows out so gracefully.

@Marcela I am speechless, thank you.

What’s the brand name of those? I’m all about awesome looking comfortable shoes.

ETA: Ah I figured it out. Brain is still cold medicine slow apparently

Oh snap, I need some of those sneaks. I have wide feet, how do these fit width-wise? Big ups on the haircut too.

I have unremarkable/medium width in the ball of the foot, and perhaps a narrowish heel (ie usually shoes end up with my heels popping out/rubbing and creating blister situations).

Thanks!

I don’t know why I have such a smug smirk in this picture. Literally all I was doing was going to buy cat toys.

But you look cute as hell while doing it! Smirk away, friend!

but the shoes, shirt, jacket and bag all doing their thing, and wearing a necklace. I think it is the necklace you were responding to.

That jacket looks snuggly.

Thanks @Marcela and @plainjane ! I shouldn’t try to downplay it, it’s a simple outfit but I’ve worked pretty hard to be able to easily throw on a cute, coordinated outfit.

@LadyDuck IT IS SO SNUGGLY. I am honestly tempted to buy another so I always have one for lounging.

A less successful outfit (although still better than my usual hiking clothing):

And the same thing with a cute new jacket. I took out the compost in the rain partly so I’d have an excuse to put this on.

I adore that color on you. It really flatters your complexion.

that is a wonderful jacket and looks great on you.

For the first photo, I’m wondering if you’d be happier with the outfit if the angle showed the backpack better? Because I think it’s pretty strong for hiking - eps with the sunglasses & smile.

Seriously, that siena color palette works so good for you,!!!

If the tunic/dress was probably 2 or 3 inches shorter, I think you would be happy with this outfit. Not sure if you want to put this much effort into hiking, but a thin belt with the fabric hiked up over it would shorten it nicely without having to purchase another piece.

Thanks y’all! @Marcela probably not, I like these because they’re so easy and comfortable. @plainjane ehh I just don’t love how loose both the dress and jacket are.

I have bought an oversized men’s flannel at Buffalo exchange, so I am officially a Portlander.

And the outfit I wore while buying it.

Stylish pajamas, suitable for wearing outside the house. Excellent outfit.

I needed to look professional briefly today, so I put on a grey singlet and a cream button up. But I didn’t need to look too professional and also, I live in Perth, so I wore dark jeans.

hmm, would the hip bag work over the dress to make it less flowy? or too hard a horizontal line and not great for hiking because of the friction?
