Ducks sweet snails
Ah, snails. The perfect combination of crunch and squish.
Saute snails in a large frypan. Once cooked through, set aside. In the juices, add raspberries, a little sifted cornflour and stir until thickened into a sauce.
Serve over the snails with a side of watercress and pondweed.
