I used to live near the most gorgeous jewelry store in Oakland, where the vibe was everyone must be VERY rich, eccentric in a tasteful way, and a little goth. I bought my wedding band there. They send out a ring stack every week, and this week’s is just perfect.

I adore the gothy witchy vibe but I don’t wear a lot of jewelry myself. I am going for pretty simple re: the band, probably a classic pave half-eternity?

My mom and little sister have yellow gold rings, so I love that we’re connected in that way. I have very small hands and short fingers–I’m 4’11" and proportional haha–so I wanted a slimmer band. The diamond is an antique that was re-cut into a rose cut. I love it. It’s not huge or flashy, but suits me
