Muted Topics Show Up in "Suggested Topics"

Hola,
Don’t know if there’s a way to change this, but FYI that muted topics show up in “suggested topics” that sometimes shows up at the bottom of the screen. Muted topics don’t show up under “latest” but still show up in Suggested.

Hmm I can’t figure out how to change that setting within default admin, so I will post to see if anyone from the forum software community can help me out.
