(similar things could be written about the TV (with all its accessories of cable boxes, gaming boxes, vcrs, dvds, speakers), the radio (my parents have a wall unit for the radio, record player, speakers, etc, which is now repurposed poorly for the tv once they got a flat screen)

Serious question why does derm need urine samples?

Blood test before surgery? Checking for infection?
I was there to get a thing removed from under my skin, so it was a minor surgical procedure.

Pregnancy test? A lot of derm meds are cat X for pregnancy, so very strict standards for starting.
