I’m running 4/7 on the sounds. And I was 6 in 1990.
Velcro catch, slap bands, EA Sports (its in the game), slinky.
I know that’s a pencil sharpener but can’t hear it. I don’t remember the Playstation 1 start up sounds (our family was more this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YxOEPBO4OqA)
I don’t recognise the black things nor the crab thing.

The crab thing is only if your parents spoiled you with a Foxtel or you had City TV channels. It’s from SpongeBob (Ponder was both a fancy city kid and one of his parents paid for Foxtel - I was neither).
