No joke, when we lived in our last apartment building the people down the hall’s dog and ours were besties and would have play dates, and any time Olive got out she’d run down and thump the door. Sounded just like someone knocking to deliver a package, it was always so disorienting check the peep hole and no one is there. But we’d let her in and they’d rip around the apartment and then her parents would show up being like OLIVE DAMMIT stop getting out!
