On the one hand I feel like there would be some nonEnglish word for “I’m so happy but I’m going to hate myself later” (aka the feeling I have on seeing eight slices of cheesecake instead of cheese sticks) but on the other hand isn’t gluttony kind of an American specialty?
Now I want cheesecake. I haven’t even had breakfast yet.
