Oh what a fun thread.
My little win this week was not complaining at the gym.
My gym tends to have a culture of group complaining as a way to socialize and I decided to try being the person in the group who puts a posi spin on it.
It’s gone so well!
I’ve had great workouts this week and it’s fun to be the cheerful one for once!
*I still complain before and after, but NOT during the 75 minute class.
