Aw man this is one of those things that is just absolutely sweet. Like kids fundraising for a teacher’s medical bills or something is an act of true kindness and also a failure of our system. This is just people being extra sweet to a kid for the simple reason that they can.

Also I imagine it’s a little serotonin boost and maybe even some feelings of camaraderie for hotel staff!!!
