Resurrecting this because today I called the termite company, which I have been putting off for at least a month. We assumed the sellers’ termite prevention contract but I have no idea how they work and I hate looking dumb about homeowner stuff. Also phone calls EW.

Anyway, I called and talked to a nice woman who answered all my questions clearly and didn’t make me feel dumb. And we got the service scheduled. Yay!
