Huh! I didn’t know these existed either. But I’m slowly learning that people negotiate for EVERYTHING and perhaps it’s worth trying? The worst they say is no, right?

In the past I worked for a phone company. From day one I had authority to give people up to $500 off their bill.
You can negotiate if you owe money because generally the company would rather you pay them back something than nothing. So if you can pay a lump sum they will often wipe the rest
