I have a strange question, and it’s probably in the wrong place, but if there’s a way to PM on this forum, I don’t know how to do it.

I have a lot to work through, and I am thinking cautiously of starting a journal. But if is to be of any real help, I need to be able to speak freely, and also respect the privacy and feelings of my adult children…and the youngest two have Lillian’s book. Is suggesting joining the forum a big part of the book? I need an outlet, but not one that my kids are likely to stumble over.

I don’t think so? She mentions the forums on the podcast but IIRC the book was published before the forums were a thing, unless the second version changed that.
