I don’t see anything?
It just says “loading” at the top and won’t open the post at all for me.
Weird, loads fine for me.
Ah. With my internet, I see that so much it didn’t even register.
Just now while taking my morning walk with my dog Birdie a minivan pulled up and started to slow down… I was aware of it but hoping it was just a neighbor & not something creepy…
I heard the window slowly roll down and I finally looked over - it was a man & his young (8-9yo?) son and they had huge smiles on their faces.
I could tell the English was not their first language but they had stopped to tell me that Birdie looks like a lion
and that it looks like I’m walking a little lion around the neighborhood.
They were both so happy and smiling so big.
Our interaction was limited because we had the language barrier, but I am glad my little lion gave them some smiles.

This is Lizzie, she has a spinal injury but she still goes for walks.
Without fail, every single time she sees me out with Birdie, she gets so excited that she pops out one little poo.
I know some of you will think that is very gross, but I find it strangely endearing.
Haha that is absolutely strangely endearing
I’ve been peed on by excited pups, but never seen one poo. Lol she obviously loves you both.
I’m just imagining a zoo manager texting an employee “Weren’t you supposed to be doing [chore involving wheelbarrow]?” and getting this in response.
Adorable.
This is me and my husband
a lot of the “nursing knowledge” I have? Amateur farm vet med exposure growing up, lots of injuries among me and my siblings, etc. Husband’s engineering knowledge? A lot of it is hardware modding for gaming back in high school. It’s hilarious how much totally unrelated shit is actually foundational to our career successes.
