NO ONE GET EXCITED but this period hasn’t come yet. If it doesn’t come today…do I take a test? Do I wait a full week?
I mean, the tests are quite accurate at the expected time of your period, esp if you know when you ovulated. I would personally def test tomorrow then, but up to you I suppose!
(Also over here waiting for my period, so I can call the RE and get an IUI calendar going, but based on my crankiness and GI distress, it’ll be here soon lol)
Ahhhhh!
Oooh wow those are STRONG. Congratulations.
Thank you! Wowwowowoowoww
Congratulations!!
AHHHHH!!!
NYP thread failing miserably lol! Congrats, graduates!

I have no idea what to do now. I am still in shock. Uhhhhh call my doctor? Please enjoy my piss shot glass. Classy from day one
You’re so well hydrated!
Hahahaha thank you. Now we are one step closer to being Rihanna.
That strong of a positive from that light of pee is extra impressive I say as a nurse who has seen WAY too many peoples pee in my life.
Alright who of us are still standing? I’m over here being the infertile backbone of this community you can count on me to keep it running.
My non-ovulating a** is still around
Still here, still googling “what is a medicated IUI”
I continue to be not pregnant yet and we’re officially infertile now.
some details; tw for cancer
In early December, right when we were at the 12 month mark of trying, my husband was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma (stage 1, fortunately). He had radiation in January and is pretty much recovered from that now but has to wait a few months for a follow up to make sure they got it all.
Also in January he had an ultrasound that showed he has a varicocele; I’m not sure what size or grade or whatever. His urologist wants to wait until three months post-radiation and then repeat a semen analysis. If count and morphology are improved then we’ll keep trying, either on our own or possibly moving to IUI. I’m trying to get in with an RE to check whether I’m ovulating since I’ve had some weird cycles.
If the follow-up semen analysis shows low count and motility then the urologist will probably order a varicolectomy.
The urologist said to cancel the repeat semen analysis if I get pregnant in the next three months. Seems unlikely but I guess it’s possible. I’m not holding my breath.
Literally just got my ModernFertility results back and trying to figure out what I feel about them
results
AMH of 0.83ng/mL while on NuvaRing. According to their research, ring users have AMHs that are 22% below people who aren’t using birth control (0.78ng/mL vs 1.0ng/mL respectively) and that AMHs usually rise when people go off of HBC. So if I assume that off HBC my AMH rises the 22% (obviously a wild assumption), I’d be at 1.06ng/mL. So still low. I’m 38 so…
Oh looks like they actually published that research, but don’t have any brain cells to read it right now AJOG article
