Right line very slightly darker, but… OPK/LH is less about clearing a threshold and more about spiking/hitting a peak. If you’re peak is 18 and the control line is 20, you’ll still probably ovulate if your baseline is like 3. So the real question is what was it like 3 days ago?
(the engineer in me is squirming that I forget the units… They are IU per L, apparently)

Thanks for looking at it with me! Don’t know about a few days ago, new tests. I’ve been getting weird results on the brand I usually use, so I thought I’d test tonight (instead of just am) and try a different brand).
Seems likely to be a peak to me 
Sperms go to waste if not used this month right? I’d prob go for it. But I only know the factors you’ve shared.

Texted my doctor and he called me right back?! He’s so helpful, nice and responsive. Scheduled an IUI for tomorrow afternoon. The sperms are good through Monday night, so we have some time left.
I do have promising mucus, so hopefully this means I’ll get a peak first thing tomorrow.
I’ve been using those four-day-window tests where they say you’ll get two days of a flashing smiley face for estrogen levels, and then two days of solid smiley face for lh surge. This month, I got four days of flashing smiley faces! I read the box and know it’s possible, but was worried it might be user error or test error, since it hasn’t happened before.
This is when it would be very helpful to be cohabitating with a sperm haver…

But I was never great at getting a good opk test. I wish you could throw like three samples up in there every month so you didn’t have to be so exact

Also as we’ve discussed, I am a confirmed spiral-er, so obviously two days of confusing OPK test results = no baby for me ever. So reassuring that you can still get a Lion, even with confusing OPKs.
Congrats on your positive test! I don’t wanna get too woo-woo on you but I had a feeling this was coming soon each time you were freaking out about it, but I didn’t wanna be that person who is overly placating while you’re freaking out, haha.
Since we started trying, I had a feeling I would end up with an October due date. Kinda lost the feeling as test date approached, but lo and behold, the woo has it!

Big fan of October babies! 
When I did my birthing class the hospital said they have more babies born in October than in any other month. They said most people start trying to have a baby around Nov/the start of Holidays time, and then it takes a few months, so there ends up being lots of October babies.
I never looked up the stats to check if they are right. Just took their word for it. I’m going to have 2 October babies out of 3 kids!
My sister says the NICU rush happens in July when the New Year’s Eve preemies start arriving.
That would be my preference, just since some people are in active treatment here and I’m about to go back into it. But I certainly don’t want you to feel kicked out. It’s just a little hard to process someone else’s easy positive.
