Hahahaha, so true! There are quite a few people in our building who act like they’re terrified of my husband. He says hi or nods at them and they go all wide eyed and scurry away. It’s hilarious but so weird. Some do their best impression of what I imagine they think is a “serious city-person face” and just act like they can’t hear you when they obviously can. It’s like a new sport for me to see how many non-responses I get.
